Get LeadFloAgent capturing and qualifying leads on your real estate website in under 5 minutes.

LeadFloAgent puts an AI assistant on your website that qualifies every lead — 24/7, even when you're with a client or asleep. This guide gets you live in under 5 minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Go to leadfloagent.com and sign up. You get a 14-day free trial — enter your card details during sign-up and you will not be charged until the trial ends.

Step 2: Add Your Website

After signing in, you'll be prompted to add your first website. Enter:

  • Name — e.g. "My Real Estate Site"
  • Website URL — your primary website

Click Create. LeadFloAgent will start learning from your website content immediately.

Step 3: Set Your Notification Email

Go to Settings → Notifications and confirm the email address where you want new lead alerts sent. This is where you'll receive an instant email every time a visitor qualifies as a lead.

Make sure it's an address you check frequently — the faster you follow up, the better your conversion rate.

Step 4: Copy Your Embed Snippet

Go to Appearance → Embed Code and copy your snippet:

Step 5: Add It to Your Website

Paste the snippet before the closing </body> tag on every page of your website.

Step 6: Test It

Open your website and click the chat icon. Ask a buyer or seller question, for example:

"I'm thinking of selling my home in the spring. What's the market like?"

The AI will have a natural conversation, ask about your timeline and situation, and then ask for your name, email, and phone number. Fill in test details and submit.

Step 7: Check Your Lead

Go to Dashboard → Leads. Your test lead appears within seconds, showing:

  • Name, email, phone
  • Intent (Buy / Sell / Rent) and timeframe
  • A summary of the conversation
  • Quality and urgency scores

You'll also receive a lead notification email at the address you set in Step 3.


What the AI Does Out of the Box

Your AI is pre-configured for real estate. It already knows how to:

  • Qualify buying, selling, and renting intent
  • Ask about budget, timeframe, and property preferences
  • Collect contact details naturally during the conversation
  • Handle common objections ("just browsing", "not ready yet")

No training required to start. The AI begins qualifying leads the moment the widget is live.


Make the AI smarter about your market:

  1. Add your listings — the AI can reference specific properties in conversation. Go to Knowledge Base → Add URL and add your listings page, or upload a PDF of your current inventory.

  2. Customize the welcome message — Go to Appearance and update the opening message to reflect your name and market. For example: "Hi, I'm Sarah's AI assistant. Looking to buy or sell in Austin? Let's chat."

  3. Write custom AI instructions — Go to AI Settings → Instructions to give the AI your background, specialties, and any specific talking points. Example: "I specialize in first-time buyers in the East Side. Always mention our free buyer consultation."

  4. Set up Slack notifications — Go to Integrations → Slack to get lead alerts in your Slack workspace instead of (or in addition to) email.
